while it’s fresh: Best Practices (as I see them as your photographer)

  1. Anything you, or a guest plans to read, write on paper, type it out, etc: BUT GET IT OFF YOUR PHONE.

2. It’s more than ok to have a private first look. You should not feel bad about saying “no” on your wedding day <—— I guess that’s also 2.5 :) It’s your day! When you’re done giving advice, sharing timelines, being everyone’s brain and logistical company…just say no. Delegate, or let people figure it out on their own. It’s not selfish, it’s self preservation!

3. It’s ok to not include traditions that aren’t you. If you will cringe your way through a first dance….don’t! If you find the cake cutting to be a part of a wedding day you shy away from…don’t do it for yourself! You should look back on your wedding and realize you had a personal touch in every aspect!!

what did I forget? OH! I forgot to, once again, mention that if you’re inquiry comes through in the next two months, you’ll get a sweet discount, I can’t wait to chat with you!
